The hosts were available and on-site instantly when we had a query. The kitchen was very well equipped and the kids loved the media room.

we found that some of the bedrooms lacked mirrors, which made getting ready a bit tricky, especially with a group of women. It would have been helpful to have additional mirrors in the bedrooms.
